FW GP World Tour Sopot June

Steve wins the FW GP World Tour event at home in Poland, Sopot.
It was a tough fought battle from day one for Steve to hold a narrow lead on each day of the competition in Sopot.
The places were changing a lot from 2nd to 10th position and in the end it was Gonza to take 2nd narrowly ahead of Jesper.
1st Steve Allen AUS-0 Gaastra/Tabou
2nd Gonzalo ARG-3 F2/NP
3rd Jesper DEN-111 SB/NP
New Footstraps

From the huge amount of hours that I spend on the board I was happy to find these new straps that are very comfortable for my feet.
They are also close to 1 kg lighter when wet, compaired with a regular footstrap. I just thought to share this contact information for anyone else out there that is looking for such benifits from a footstrap.
Thanks, Steve

FW GP World Tour Portugal
1st Gonzalo ARG 1
2nd Steve AUS-0
3rd Jesper DEN-1111
Euro Cup Slalom
1st Steve Aus-0
2nd Gonzalo ARG-1
3rd Wojtek POL-10
In the Formula Gonzalo got a great lead from the start with a nice string of firsts. I was struggling to find my rhythm along with breaking a fin in one race. I then just focused on covering Jesper to fight for 2nd. I will work on being more prepared for the next FW World Tour event in Sopot Poland to give Gonzalo and others a harder fight.
New Years Eve 07

Over New Years Eve we have had some epic conditions at my home spot. These pictures are from new years eve which was not the best day but still good.
I was on my Du Carve 79 which I can not belive how good it was. It was like I could not fall off. With the wide nose and full rail there landing arials was as easy as it has ever been. I was super stoked. …Read more »

Overall results.
1st Antoine Albeau FRA192 on 14 points
2nd Steve Allen AUS-0 on 38 points
3rd Gonzalo Costa Hoevel on 57 points
4th Arnon Dagan ISR-1 on 69 points
5th Paulo Dos Reis BRA-3333 on 72 points
Race 1, I was on 12m sail.
I had a good port tack start and was the first to tack to the top mark while Arnon, just behind me, contined a few metres further before tacking. I then got the worst knock ever, ending up 150m downwind of the mark while Arnon and the rest of the guys behind him made it directly to the mark. …Read more »
